Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of historic Annestown house, this is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a very unique location, offering breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds – whether it’s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, the Anne Valley Walk, or just enjoying the views.

Maura Cleary contributed to ourselves having a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the location with absolutely spectacular views. We wish to make one suggestion: Install some form of lighting at the main entrance and again at the entrance into the accommodation courtyard.We loved our stay here,Hope to return again and can highly recommend this to friends.All the best,Carol Ann,David Douglas
