This cozy space features a queen bed in the bedroom, a living room with a queen futon and twin sofa bed for additional guests. A fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need for your stay and a firepit out back for enjoying the cool spring and fall evenings. Enjoy amenities like Starlink WiFi, minisplit AC and heating, & provided local coffee and beer during your stay. The Yellow dog river runs directly through the property which has excellent fishing and the massive Marquette snowmobile trail systems are just a short 1/2 mile ride down the road. This is a really nice property on acreage, so you have privacy and quiet which is really important to us. You just need to understand that it's just outside of Big Bay so any real dining choices will require you to go to Marquette. It was perfect for us since we tend to cook our meals and perfectly clean.
