In a green and sunny setting in Cauterets, close to the Lys cable car and the town centre, enjoy this pretty 40m2 duplex apartment with independent access, equipped to comfortably accommodate 5 people.
1 double bedroom. 1 closed cabin with 2 bunk beds. 1 living room with fitted kitchen.
Balcony with beautiful mountain views, parking space and shared swimming pool accessible during the school holidays in July and August.

- Entrance and ski locker.
- Living room with sitting area (sofa bed 140x190, coffee table, TV screen), dining area (table seating 6), fully-equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge-freezer, conventional and microwave ovens, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine).
- Children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x190) and wardrobe.

FIRST FLOOR :
- Master bedroom with double bed (160x200) and wardrobe.
- An alcove with a single bed (‘cabin’ under the roof, suitable for children)
- Bathroom with bath/shower and vanity unit. Hair dryer. Towel dryer.

Available on site: baby cot (mattress) + baby seat, board games.
HOUSEHOLD LINEN AND END-OF-STAY CLEANING :
The beds have duvets and pillows. Sheets and towels are not included in the rental price, but are available on request.
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy on your departure, take out your rubbish and think about selective sorting. :)

If you arrive after 8pm, please let us know in advance so that we can arrange for you to have the keys.
