    Very disappointing stay. The room walls were full of dampness, peeling paint, and stains. The ceiling also looked damaged due to water leakage. It felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. Definitely not the standard expected from a hotel stay.

    Firstly I choose triple occupancy room but after check in they provide me double occupancy. Secondly staff are too much careless about their job role they provide me another room and geyser is not working I complain to the reception they answered me we give you a bucket of hot water.... But then I replied it is not possible to take shower for 2 people in a single bucket. They told me okay we send you immartion rod in your room after 5 mins but unfortunately neither the rod nor the hot water arrived until I checked out. Thirdly the staff have too much management less I asked for astray from 2 days but they are so careless with guests as I already mentioned they have no astray but they have bar in the premises. Fourthly they don't even have that basic etiquette if guests are in room water is basic needs in room there is no water jug glass bottle nothing you have to call in reception then they provide you water . Fifth there are no bathroom etiquette they are so much dumb they don't even know that in washroom handwash is basic needs after asking telling them they will provide you but after followup for an hour. Ridiculous Sixth behaviour of staff are just full of arrogance they tell me we have kitchen in hotel if you want anything just order outside food not allowed thats good but after 11 kitchen close then. Have to teach management, etiquette and communication to your staff or change your staff .... It is a tip for your hotel wellbeing.
