Good stay overall. Nice location in the river. Window AC units. Some windows had no screens, so couldn’t open. One half bath is in the bunk room, and one is in the laundry room.

Our stay began with not being able to get into the house. The code worked but the door knob was locked. When I called the number for Evolve, a gentleman answered “Hello”. I asked if this was Evolve and he said depends who is asking. Not good. Later that day I had questions. He had told me to text. It took 2 days to get a response and it read “ oh I just saw this”. Communication is all important when your guests spend good money for a stay. If you are a family with children I would not recommend. There is no beach to easily get into the water. There was a ladder but it was a house ladder leaning against the cement retaining wall upside down with slime. My girls, ages 20-30 only went in once and they used the life jackets because the boats come around a bend heading to the lakes and they are moving fast before they hit the no wake zone. Resulting waves are big. No littles, then the space outside is enjoyable. Inside, the house is nice. For the kitchen there is silverware, pots and pans, coffeemaker but little else. Not even salt and pepper. The icemaker and water in door of refrigerator do not work. Accuracy-the WiFi network and password were different from the email I received and the information in the house. Again, small things overlooked. positive side, despite there not being central air, there were window air conditioners in every room and during our stay, temps were in the 90s plus humid. The house was nicely cooled.
