This unique, off-grid stone house is set just 6 meters from the sea on Gornji Skolj, a small private island within Telascica Nature Park, near the town of Sali on Dugi Otok. Surrounded by untouched nature and sea, this is a true Robinson-style escape with modern comfort. It's perfect for couples, families, or friends looking to unplug, relax, and reconnect with nature - with only one neighbor located about 50 meters away, you'll enjoy peace and privacy.
The house features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor shower, Wi-Fi, solar power, air conditioning available 4 hours per day), and a flat-screen TV (5 hours/day). The entire property runs on solar energy - please note that high-voltage appliances (like hair dryers or straighteners) are not permitted.
Water comes from a rainwater collection tank and should be used sparingly - it's suitable for cooking, rinsing fruits and vegetables, and short evening showers. Guests are kindly asked to bring their own bottled drinking water. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Just 6 meters from the sea, the house has a private dock perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or mooring a small boat (up to 5.5 meters, 1m depth). Larger boats, yachts, and sailboats cannot dock directly due to the shallow water, but they often anchor nearby in the calm bay, drawn by the stunning location.
We offer boat rental (license required), or we'll gladly assist with transfers to and from the island. Getting here is easy - take the catamaran to Sali or arrive by car to the nearby harbor, and we'll handle the rest. In Sali, just 10 minutes away by boat, you'll find restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, and more.
Whether you're here to swim, hike, stargaze, or simply disconnect from the world, this private island retreat offers the perfect blend of simplicity, tranquility, and essential comforts.
