Three bedrooms (2× king, 1× queen), two baths, high‑speed Wi‑Fi, five TVs and washer/dryer complete the package.

It’s perfect for travelers who want to relax and explore during their Florida getaway. Enjoy your cocktail on the spacious, covered west-facing terrace as the sun sets over the water – maybe even while watching a heron along the shore.
Living area and amenities:
The open-concept living area features modern furniture, high ceilings, and a large smart TV. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a breakfast bar – perfect for a quick bite. For coffee lovers, there’s both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. The bright dining area with glass table opens directly onto the terrace.
Outdoor area and terrace:
The spacious, covered terrace is ideal for relaxing throughout the day. It is furnished with lounge seating, sun loungers, and a dining table for up to six guests. The electrically heated pool is perfect for swimming even in cooler months. Large sliding glass doors create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A gas grill is available for cozy BBQ evenings.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom (glass shower, sink, toilet), and direct terrace access. Second bedroom with king-size bed. Third bedroom with queen-size bed. Additional bathroom with shower-tub combo, sink, and toilet – all in a modern white design.
Additional features:
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house and on the terrace. Washer and dryer. Five smart TVs: in the living room, each bedroom, and on the terrace. Air conditioning and generous storage space. Pet-friendly – up to two dogs allowed.
Note: The garage is not available. The dock is not suitable for boat docking.
***** A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
