Overall a nice property to stay at. Easy to check in. We had troubles with the thermostat and trying to turn on the cooling system so we couldn’t use the bottom bedroom as the room was way too hot. Meaning 2 guests had to share an upstairs room. Small thermostat in dining room was also flashing that filters were needing to be changed. Was in contact with the owner with instructions but still wasn’t able to cool down the place as seems like the system was locked. Luckily fans were available and the weather was cool. Would be a huge concern if weather was warmer though. Would suggest providing hand soap in bathrooms though and paper towel/napkins in case guests need to use them! Also providing the gate code to take out the trash as those services were locked up and instructions were given to take out trash at end of stay. Place was very clean though and nice to have an espresso machine in house!
