Nestled in picturesque Taupo, this charming three bedroom home offers a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Adorned with modern furnishings, the spacious living area invites relaxation, while large glass doors connect it to a stunning outdoor patio, perfect for those long and lazy afternoons surrounded by friends and family. The well-equipped kitchen caters to guests` needs, and each bedroom, adorned with cozy decor, provides comfort and privacy. With glimpses of the tranquil lake and a seamless blend of indoor-outdoor living, this place promises a beautiful retreat in the heart of Taupo.
When you book a stay at this beautiful Taupō home, you`ll have full and private access to the property during your stay. Please note however that the fire is not functional and therefore is not available to be used, however the house has two heat pumps, and a heat transfer system, so you`ll be toasty and warm in winter, and nice and cool in summer.
There is off street parking available for one car in the garage and one more in the driveway.
As your hosts we`re just around the corner if you need us, but are also happy to leave you in peace to relax and enjoy your stay.
Please note that whilst the property is in a residential area, the master bedroom faces the road, so there may be some traffic noise. If you are a light sleeper, you may wish to choose one of the other lovely rooms in the property to sleep in.
Pets may be approved on request only. Should pets be approved it is a $50 fee per stay. All pets must be supervised inside at ALL TIMES. They must not be allowed on the beds or furniture. If any extra cleaning is required then it is the responsibility of the owner to cover this cost. Please check the other side area below leaving for any mess your pet may have caused. Pet safety is the full responsibility of the owner at all times.
If you plan to bring a pet, we require you to maintain the property with regard to any pet poop, thanks. We will charge a $50 fee for clearance of any poop by our cleaning or inspection team. Please also note that you will be liable for ANY damages incurred to the property by your pet (or appearing to be as a result from your pet). Please exercise care, and supervise your pet at all times, thank you.

Our stay was perfect!Family of 4, teenagers and a dog. Dog friendly home was great! Fully fenced in. Beautiful clean, modern, tidy home.Comfortable couches, beds and linen.Nice big bedrooms. Great outdoor decks in and under the morning and afternoon sun. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains, throughout the house. Beautiful view of lake and mountains from the master bed, which was lovely to lie in bed in the morning gase at.We'll equipped with everything, including plenty bathroom products, shampoo, conditioner etc.And outside area was nice, tidy, inviting and no cobwebs or dust, nice and clean.Overall was a wonderful stay, would definitely rebook in future.Thank you

Lovely warm home, plenty of space, very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the modern features. Our two Vizsla girls enjoyed having the fenced back yard to explore.
