The interiors are well-balanced and easy on the eyes, with a calm and practical layout throughout. Enjoy direct access to the beach, pool, and gym, plus quick access to Palm West Beach and nearby restaurants.
The Space
This living area is spacious and bright, with full height windows that bring in loads of natural light and give you a marina view that’s hard to miss. The deep blue sectional couch is roomy and great for lounging whether it's a Netflix night or just hanging out with friends. You’ve got a 50” smart TV, a clean wooden coffee table, and a few leafy plants that keep the vibe fresh. The herringbone floors and soft lighting pull it together with a nice relaxed polished feel. The dining table seats four and faces out toward the view. Kitchen is open and has everything you need, electric stove and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine for coffee runs. Washing machine is also there when you need it. WiFi is solid and works well for streaming, video calls and getting things done.
Master Bedroom
The king bed comes with bedside tables and lamps that are easy to reach. There’s a comfy accent chair by the window, a good spot to sit back and enjoy the view of the yachts and marina. A desk with a chair is there if you need to catch up on anything last minute. You’ll also find a spacious wardrobe and a large dresser for clothes and other essentials. The attached bathroom has a hotel feel with a bathtub and a wide vanity for your daily routines.
