The realtor was very helpful and professional. The space in this condo was great as was the location. Having the 3 king beds was the draw for us and they were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room. It was an end unit so the view and the balcony furniture was awesome and there was enough seating provided outside for a large group. That was the good. The bad was the place was NOT clean. The floors had NOT been vacuumed and they definitely hadn't been moped in a long time! I went and bought a mop to do the floors myself and had to buy hand soap for kitchen and all bathrooms which I assumed would have been provided. I highly suggest a mgmt/owner get a new cleaning crew for sure! The kitchen had 4 coffee cups and one was chipped for a place that has room for 11! Despite this we had a good time and it worked for us after I cleaned and bought the essentials that should have already been provided in the rental cost. This really could be a great rental if some changes made to cleaning crew and kitchen essentials addressed. The pool is rather small for this size condo building.

The unit was not ready when got there had to wait about 1 hour pass check in and the place was not cleaned good but the space accommodate us so it wasn’t worth complaining and Kenny was very good for communication.
