Great place to stay in Pagosa Springs. property nice and clean, well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We appreciated the nice sound bar in the living room. One note is on the ac/heater they are very powerful. I don't mind the background white noise but if you are light sleeper they might startle you at night.

This condo was perfect for our family. It was welcoming, clean and had everything we needed for morning coffee, cooking and a walk about the lake. Property host had great communication and was there when we needed aid after arriving.
