You’ll also have access to a private community boat ramp for easy water access and fishing, as well as a community pool perfect for relaxing after a long shift or soaking up the Florida sun.
The space
The home is about 5 miles from Manatee Memorial Hospital and 8 miles from Blake Medical Center, making it ideal for traveling healthcare professionals. You’re also just 20 minutes from Holmes Beach and close to I-75 for quick access around the area.

The park requires a background check (usually just a quick formality) and a 3-month minimum stay.
