The 2015 newly renovated apartment is located in the basement of our house in a quiet residential area in the district Albstadt-Lautlingen. The center of Albstadt-Ebingen can be reached by car in 3 minutes. The approximately 75 square meter apartment was built using only natural building materials and thus offers an all-round healthy and pleasant living environment. You have a separate entrance to the apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, a bathroom with double washbasin, WC, shower, bidet, towel radiator and underfloor heating. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds. A 5th person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A washing machine is also available for a small fee. Free W-Lan.
