About this cabin rental

Welcome to "Little Sweden". Our vintage 1940 log cabin, thoughtfully updated in 2017, welcomes you with three cozy bedrooms, two updated bathrooms, and a modern kitchen with all of the amenities you will need. The spacious deck entices you to relax and savor the fresh air, while the dock invites you to cast a line into the clear waters or simply soak in the sun and lake views. Spend your days fishing, kayaking, boating, then return to enjoy the starlit evenings by the fire pit.

***NOTE: The dock will be removed after October 7, 2025***

The cabin was as described on the website. The location was perfect for our weekend needs. The dock was fantastic. Overall, the cabin was clean and well stocked. Seriously thinking about renting again next year

Cabin itself was nice. Stairs up to bedrooms are more like a ladder, was OK for us, but people with range of motion issue would have had problems. Parking was not good for 2 trucks and boat trailers. Mouse traps all over the cabin, and last morning we found mouse droppings on top of the comforter on one bed as we prepared to leave. Power at the dock was in a shed and you need at least 100' extension cord if you are going to plug in your boat for charge.
