Each of our apartment-style suites features a full kitchen, a cozy living area with a sleep sofa, a private bedroom, and a whole lot of charm. Plus, every suite is decorated with original art from Nashville muralist Nathan Brown, so you get a splash of local color without even leaving your room.

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Parking Details:
- Complimentary parking is available in the lot right out front. Each reservation includes space for one vehicle, and spots are first-come, first-served. While we can't guarantee availability, there's typically enough room for all guests.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Nice place and a great Nashville location. The only drawback was the room temperature was a little warm at times. The A/C could not be lowered according to the guidance.

Overall this was an excellent choice for our week in Nashville! Easy walk to Broadway for downtown nightlife, easy Lyft/Uber to the Gulch and Music Row! Car stayed parked except for when we drove to the Opry. Comfortable bed, many basic amenities provided including laundry and dish detergent. I appreciate the outlet options on each bedside table. We didn’t use the internet or TV, so I can’t comment on those. Our only complaint was the hot water didn’t last long. Overall, it was excellent rental and we would absolutely stay again! Price and location is unmatched.

Location was perfect walking distance from Broadway, museums, stadium etc. had plenty of extras on hand… towels/toiletries/etc. Felt comfortable. Left car parked all weekend.

The apartment location was great, close to everything and within walking distance to Broadway. There was a washer and dryer in the unit, which was a nice surprise. The apartment cleanliness needs to be worked on. The sheets, towels, dishes and silverware were dirty. There was what I can only assume to be a broken condom stuck to the wall above the headboard and on the top of the headboard. Everything was dusty and I don’t think the floors had been swept recently.
