About this house rental
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Saint-Cyprien, 2.5 km from the beach, with a swimming pool, a surface area of 150 m², and accommodation for up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 74 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower), and a garden of approximately 600 m². Wi-Fi is available. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 74 m² living room with a sofa, TV, and dining table
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and more
- Bedroom 1: Master suite with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with shower)
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha grill, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- An infinity pool, heated and private, 40 m² with an electric roller shutter, open from April 1st to September 30th
- A beautiful 600 m² private enclosed garden with a bamboo hut for lunch
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A pétanque court
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cyprien, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the house.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Perpignan train station 10.6 miles away
- Perpignan-Rivesaltes airport 11.2 miles away

- Free Wi-Fi available
- Two pets are allowed in the accommodation: one pet (no extra charge) and €15 for the second. Please specify when booking.
