About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming house for rent in Valensole, featuring a heated swimming pool, with a floor area of 250 m² set on a 20-hectare estate and able to accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 90 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 2,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- A 90 m² living room with a sofa, TV, bar, grand piano and fireplace (firewood not provided)
- A 15 m² mezzanine with a library
- A 90 m² dining room with a bar counter and a table football table
- A fully equipped kitchen including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, TV…
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190), a walk-in shower opening onto the bedroom, a toilet and a washbasin
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A shower room with a shower, toilet and washbasin
On the first floor
- Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180x200) and a desk
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a TV
- A bathroom with shower and bath, double washbasins and a bidet
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors
- A private, heated 10 m² swimming pool from 15 May to 15 September, secured with an alarm and a protective cover
- A beautiful private garden of 2,500 m²
- A terrace of over 100 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Valensole, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in front of the house.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Manosque–Gréoux-les-Bains railway station, 15 km away, or Aix-en-Provence railway station, 75 km away (around 50 mins by car)
- Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS), 75 km away
Other notes:
- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- The fireplace is in working order; firewood is not provided
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay. Please specify this when booking.
- Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the reception staff. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.

This is a beautiful House in kind of a remote setting. We had the honor to be the first guests after renovation, and everything was close to perfect. Everything you need is there, a big fridge, big stove/oven, huge sofa, and every (!) room is equipped with a TV.Serge the owner is very nice and responds to all the questions and issues you might have immediately.Unfortunately, when we were there the Internet line has been cut (literally), thus leaving us with a really bad to non existing mobile connection. However that was kind of bad luck and has most probably been fixed by the time I write this review. The son of the owner is living in an Apartment in another Part of the house (backside).If I had to mention one thing, it would be that the pool is really small, but is as big as described in the expose, and offers maximum privacy.There is no AC (yet, because the owner told me he wanted to install some devices) but the wall are really thick and leave the inside of the house quite cool.
