The house was excellent. Nice and roomy for 5 adults. Had a couple of very minor issues (one was all our fault) and Melissa was quick to respond and resolve everything Highly recommend this property and the property management

I got married at the Lamp post and this was the perfect place nearby for the wedding party to get dressed. It was very close to the venue and a great location on main street in the historical district. it is located in the heart of downtown. If you have a need to stay in Franklin this is the place. Very charming house. the location is near all the events that take place downtown in Franklin.

This was nice and cozy. This is an older home with lots of charm. The host supplies guest with items most people forget. forgot your toothbrush well there is one with toothpaste along with a single use mouth wash to get you buy until you get to the store. Just overall nice home. Bed is very comfortable.The streetlights on Main Street run in front of the house and they are beautiful when they come on as it is getting dark.
