All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Overall the stay was good. The house is beautiful! House needs a simple instruction sheet on the dining table or coffee table. There were bikes in the basement but did not know if they were available to ride. In the first floor bedroom there is a loud noise that you hear after a toilet is flushed in the house. It was very annoying and disrupted our sleep since my wife and I slept there, due to her physical disability. Kitchen utensils need to be better organized. It took us 4 days to find a can opener and there were no tops on the trash cans which required us to keep trash indoors during our entire stay. The house is extremely comfortable and the property is large and very private and well cared for.

When we arrived at the house went to shower and there wasn’t any hot water. Reached out to Vacassa the management team and told them what was going on and was spun around for hours with, maybe the water has to run for awhile, maybe I tripped a breaker switch to I probably did something. I reached out owner and I was accused of using too much water. Late that night I was fed up so I ask for immediate resolution or I wanted a refund for a full day. That next morning I sent another communication with threats and was then told someone would come to resolve the issue. Some came after 9am and they fixed the issue. My family could shower all afternoon, evening, night until the next morning 10am. We were uncomfortable the beginning of our vacation. House lack paper towels in bathrooms, no tissues, a broken toilet in one of the bathrooms, only 2 televisions, 1 in family room and mater bedroom. House was beautiful and very roomy but lacked the creature comforts of home.
