Beautiful brand-new home on Detroit Lake. Three-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. All new appliances and furniture. Sleeps 6 comfortably. As you enter this home you will instantly be captivated by the high ceilings and the stellar views of the lake! The kitchen seamlessly flows into the living area, featuring large windows that bathe the space in natural light. There is 100’ shoreline to enjoy all year long. Dock available with docking space. 1 car garage and storage. Parking for 2 additional cars.

Nearby: Detroit Lakes Country club golf course. Peoples Park new Pickleball courts. City beach. Numerous biking trails, 1 starts out back door! Fireside & Spanky’s fine dining, Zorbaz, Bleachers, Long Bridge & many other casual dining. Troll hunting nearby and within walking distance. Fishing off your dock and in Detroit Lake. Walking trail to beautiful DL beach and city out back door. Short drive to Itasca State Park and Tamarac wildlife refuge. Short walk to Dunton locks County park. We Fest country music festival a very short drive. Many Free music festivals in City Park 1 mile away each week during the summer. Pine to Palm golf tournament in August. DL Water Carnival in July.
