Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The place was very clean and the amenities were great! Fully stocked with kitchenware, beach chairs, boogie-boards, coolers, and almost anything else you would want on a trip to Maui! I will absolutely look to book this same place on our next trip back.

I have a son that lives in Maui so I visit frequently and usually bring my other adult children. On this visit, it was just me and one other adult son; we really enjoyed this condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is very conveniently located in Wailea; lots of great beaches, restaurants and things to do are nearby. We'd definitely stay here again!
