Over all a good stay at Balaji dharmshala

Book hotel with high price having 700 meter distance from Ram Temple. After 10 pm when I reach the hotel Sri Balaji Dharmasala the hotel management say your hotel is 4 km distance from here. Communication is very bad. Moreover it is miserable to a costumer.

booked this hotel for 2 days (Booking ID: 1931439294) but the experience was very disappointing. The location itself is around 8 km away from Ayodhya, and it is very difficult to get Ola, Uber, or even an auto from here.
Inside the hotel, there are multiple issues:
No sitting sofa/chairs at the reception.
1st floor verandah was not cleaned for 2 days.
In Room No.120, bed lights were missing, no center table in the room, no geyser, no clothes hanger in the washroom,
Basic amenities like soap and shampoo were not given.
Staff is not professional, no proper welcome at reception, and they don’t respond properly to guest complaints. I requested hot water multiple times for my baby’s bath; it was provided taken long time when I repeated calls. Sometimes they even disconnected my calls.
There is no kitchen facility in the hotel, and even water and tea/coffee is not available at check-in.
Overall, this hotel is a waste of money, much better hotels are available in Ayodhya city center. Families will definitely struggle here — I do not recommend this hotel.”
“All these issues are happening because of poor management and untrained staff. The owner only cares about money and does not bother to provide good service to the guests. If the owner was attentive, such problems would never happen.”

Location is little far away from main city but conveyance is available. Rooms are also good neat and clean. But in washroom flush was not working.
