Torn bedsheets, torn towel, dirty pillow cover, toilet flush not working, exhaust fan not working.
Daily cleaning is not being done even after submitting the keys and informing at reception.
Housekeeping staff will not turn up and will do nothing even if they come.
Pathetic stay.
We had come for our house renovation work and used to go early in the morning and come after 8:30 PM. No cleaning, no replacement of linens. Even after several request nothing happened. We don't have linens. Housekeeping staff is not there, were lame excuses. We extended ou stay as we would loose time shifting to another hotel and rearrange our luggage.
Will not suggest anyone to stay. Had booked due to *** name. Sorry, I have lost trust in *** brand / name.

All good. Prime location having with good room. Some improvements are needed as taking care prior to allocating the room as towel, soap, shampoo are available there or not. Cleaning not satisfied us. Transparency is also required as drinking water shall be provided or not. wi-fi was available. Other all ok. Chief and best. Nearby so many restaurants are available. About 200 meter distance Paradise Biriyani special hotel is available. In front of hotel one restaurant having home made food is available.

First day they said we can do anything for you service and than no service even they not clean room or bed seet or pillow cover every time they side housekeeping is coming but no one come to room every single time we go out side room and take what we need
