The location was convenient for getting around, and the overall setup worked really well for our trip. Our group of 3 adults and 6 teens visited for spring break - there was plenty of space, and such comfortable beds! The pool & hot tub was well used and enjoyed by all. Lots of games and activities available, and the new movie room was a hit! Really enjoyed the house!!

We didn’t use the pool based on time of year but it was large. The hot tub is more like a kiddie pool.
