Bright house, quiet, in the heart of the dune massif of 300ha between Gâvres and Quiberon in a small family and friendly residence, close to the sea, Morbihan, southern Brittany, semi-detached on one side with a view of the green nature in magnificent dune site in Erdeven, close to large sandy beach (8km of coastal coast),
900m on foot or by bike by direct path, or by car by road.

SHEETS NOT PROVIDED, you must bring your bed linen and towels (as well as dish towels!)

Open plan equipped kitchen:
dishwasher, large fridge with separate freezer, microwave, mini electric oven, 2 electric hobs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils and complete crockery provided
Living/dining room:
2-seater sofa bed sofa bed bed 2 sofa bed, sofa bed for 1 person, television, television
Bathroom (bath, washbasin) PGJyPgPGJyPg

Indoor/outdoor swimming pool, Heated and common to the residence (19 houses), open from 01/05 to 15/09
BBQ possible only in the place provided and common to the residence for more conviviality!

Deposit of 150€ returned in full after inventory on the day of departure and if cleaning done (cleaning fee 100€ deducted from the deposit in case of poorly done cleaning)
