    I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The receptionist's behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful. Whenever I asked for any information, he was unable to answer directly and always had to check with a senior before responding, which caused unnecessary delays. The food quality was poor and did not meet basic expectations. The room had an unpleasant smell throughout our stay, and insects entered the room at night, making it uncomfortable. The only positive point was that the bathroom was relatively clean, but many of the bathroom fittings were not functioning properly. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and maintenance were far below expectations. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
