    the staffs upgraded my room to a bigger room which had 2rooms and 3beds. thanks. the condition was good but the rooms were cold. location perfect.

    You just need to go to May Forth Square station and exit to the gate E, then you will reach Westin Hotel. Melody Seaview Hotel is just behind Westin Hotel. So far I only met one staff during the check in and check out at 33 floor. She is helpful.

    No hotel housekeeping dairy, just provide new towel (bags), n free 2 bottles water n throw rubbish however did not change bed sheet during 3 nights stay
