    We have very good stay at this hotel. Staff is very coperative and supportive. Must recommend hotel for stay.

    We booked 2 rooms - famioy room and deluxe room. There is no lift and we were given rooms in 2nd floor which are old and not maintained well. the towels, mattress, comforter have holes just like a rat bites. Since one of us has leg injury, we requested to give us a room in 1st floor. After a day we were given rooms in 1st floor rooms. rooms are better than 2nd floor but mattress, comforter, towels have same issue. After we asked, they changed sheets in 1 room. another room we ignored since the changed sheets also have same problem. Bathrooms are not at all hygene. They are not cleaning them with bleech or acid so they are not at all good.

    Not hygene. No list. Property is in gurudham where there is bjp office, since there is some one visited the office during our stay, they blocked roads to the area. so we had to go back to ghats and spend time there. Sheets, comforter, towels are not good. they have holes like rat bites, but we didnt see any rats during our stay. even after changing, the changed sheets has stains everywhere.
