First of all the Hotel seems to be a. very old property. The staff there really don't care about what the guest is asking or want to tell them.
When I checked in it was around 12pm I wanted to have a hot shower, which was unavailable for whatever reasons then I asked the house keeping staff he said he doesn't know and care weather there is hot water or not in the room as his job is cleaning and changing the sheets in the room.
There was no towel or soap provided in the bathroom.
Then I had to go down to the reception and ask the lady who did my check in , she said hot water is unavailable as they are having a power issues. So I said just organize me a bucket of hot water for taking a shower to which initially she said it is not possible then after few minutes I was told to wait and they moved me to another property which. they have which is Platinum Lodge about 900mtrs walk from this Platinum INN. As there was no cancellation possible at that moment so I just stayed for a night. But yes the Lodge did have hot water bathroom was clean &. okay. But the room was just like a small matchbox.
Anyway one suggestion for Agoda pls first try and get the property inspected and checked by yourself before listing them on your portal as that way it gives a bad image of AGODA .
