I would strongly advise against booking a room at this hotel based solely on its online advertisements and positive reviews. The rooms and facilities are entirely different from what is displayed on the online booking portals. I booked a Deluxe Room after reviewing the facilities and photographs shown on the website. Upon arriving at the hotel, I requested to see the room before check-in. Initially, the staff refused, and only after repeated insistence was I allowed to inspect the room. The room was unhygienic and did not contain several of the facilities that were advertised online. When I raised this issue with the reception staff, they stated that the hotel has only one category of room and that they were not aware of the information and photographs uploaded on Agoda and other booking platforms. This clearly reflects a serious mismatch between the services advertised and the actual facilities provided. The behavior of the staff was also rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.
My suggestion to prospective guests is not to rely solely on positive reviews. Carefully read the negative reviews as they may provide a more accurate picture of the property's actual condition and service standards.
Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
