    We stayed here for one night, and unfortunately, it was a very mixed experience. Overall, this is an overpriced hotel where you really aren't getting value for your money. Its proximity to restaurants and the city center is likely the only thing driving the high cost. The lack of hospitality was a major letdown. The staff we interacted with were not friendly at all. While they weren’t explicitly rude, they were very abrupt and completely lacked any warmth or welcoming attitude. Honestly, they behaved as though they shouldn't be working in the hospitality industry. Our stay started on a frustrating note. The AC in our first room was completely broken. When a staff member came to inspect it, he took the chair provided for guests to sit on and stood on it wearing his dirty shoes. It was completely unprofessional and incredibly unhygienic. We were eventually moved to another room, but it became clear that the property suffers from a general lack of maintenance. The carpets in both of the rooms we saw—as well as throughout the hotel hallways—were covered in stains. In our second room, there was chipped paint on the walls, and the edges of the table were chipped as well. Additionally, the room features a wall-to-wall curtain that is very misleading; once opened, you realize the actual window is only about 75 cm wide and pushed to the far side of the wall. On the positive side, the bed itself was comfortable, though the bedsheets and covers felt very worn and overused. The highlights of the room were definitely the bathroom, which was well-equipped, and the shower, which had great water pressure. The breakfast was also a strong point, offering good quality and a very nice variety of options. Overall: While the location is incredibly convenient and the breakfast and shower were great, the severe lack of general upkeep, unapproachable staff, and unacceptable maintenance practices make it very hard to justify the high price tag.
