It's a beach front property , hence I would say it's value for money, ac was functional with clean rooms , although I felt it was damp. I did not like the staff at the restaurant ,who always gave the looks'. The food at the restaurant is way toooo expensive , I wouldn't recommend. The front desk staff was very welcoming and always checked if everything went well with our stay. If you skip the restaurant here everything is good

This is a fantastic beachfront property. The beach is great and they great a great atmosphere on the beach and the restaurant is excellent. Great food n drinks at very reasonable prices. The service was great. Lots of staff to take care of everyone. The rooms are very good. Comfortable beds and newer bathrooms. We did not leave the property for 2 days. Could have stayed longer.

I recently stayed at this hotel twice, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Great facilities, cleanliness is outstanding. The bathrooms were great, along with the amenities provided, including showers, seating areas, and hammocks right in front of the beach-such a relaxing vibe! The restaurant is also a nice spot to have a meal.
That said, there were a few downsides. The food is slightly too expensive for what you get. Other than that, my complaint was about the bed: it was too soft to my taste, which made it less comfortable for me. In the room bathrooms, there is a step at the entrance that is not marked out, and since the floor color is all the same, my husband and I nearly fell a few times. This is easily something that could be improved with some signage or contrasting colors.
About the restaurant, there was something disappointing with the fish; I ordered a big red snapper, but if this wasn't it, then it came back closer to small or medium, at best. After showing and discussing it with the waitress, she had to adjust the price in line with what I had eaten, which I did appreciate but left a bad impression for them. I have dined at other restaurants in their place many times and never experienced that particular thing.
Overall, it is a hotel that has much to offer, boasting the best views among all the hotels in Playa Hermosa.

The place was iin a great location, but the room itself was horrid. The bed was so soft it was hard to sit on, and we had no hot water the entire 2 days. Will not return.
