    We arrived late so there was no concierge. Our code worked to get into the building, but not into the room. We kept trying & woke up the couple who were in our originally assigned room. They suggested we try the room across the hall & lo & behold, the code worked! Apparently, you need to check the account that you need to set up as a guest & check for any last-minute changes! The phone number & the property website link on the Agoda site didn't work, so there was some trepidation before the trip, especially as we were coming in late. But in the end, it all worked out. The staff were very helpful & friendly. The room is a good size. Housekeeping is only offered mid-stay. Any additional cleaning will incur a charge. Great location right on the Arno & near the Piazza Santa Croce. Now that we know how to work the Sonder/Bob W system, we'd stay here again.

    Good comfortable but quiet location in Florence, easy walk to the old town and also great for morning runs along the river and up piazza di Michelangelo!

    The location is closer to the tourist attraction , public transportation and staff is always attentive to our needs and nice to deal with . I’ll definitely recommend this hotel .
