La struttura è accogliente (condividete l’appartamento con i proprietari, che si trovano al piano di sotto), la camera dotata di ogni comfort: aria condizionata, Tv, bagno ristrutturato e persino un piccolo frigorifero proprio nella camera! Mi è stato concesso di permanere in camera anche dopo il check-out, per qualche ora.
I proprietari non hanno risposto alle mie richieste da Booking (non sono riuscito a contattarli nemmeno via telefono). Una volta arrivato non ho però riscontrato nessun altro problema

Posizione defilata ma non lontano dalle strade principali e dal mare. Ottima camera e bagno funzionalissimo.
Non ho avuto il tempo di scoprirlo perché ho prenotato x 2 notti e ne ho fatta 1.

Il bagno nuovo e la camera pulita . Balconcino molto carino. I proprietari dolci e molto disponibili per qualunque richiesta. Abbiamo potuto usufruire del frigo grande. Posto auto nel parco, comodissimo

Posizione vicina al mare di Rivazzurra (neanche 10 minuti a piedi), presenza di bar, ristoranti e altri servizi, comodo per raggiungere la metromare. La gentilezza dei proprietari davvero disponibili (per lasciarmi godere il mare fino all'ultimo l'ultimo giorno si è offerto di accompagnarmi in stazione). Grazie mi sono goduta Rimini e la vacanza!
