Wild Thyme

Nice to have fridge and microwave. Cup plates glasses for use. Breakfast food items and snacks. Good clean bathroom although not on suite right next to room. Towelling robe was a nice touch. Bed was comfortable. Very nice stay served a purpose value for money happy to stay again and recommend.

Very slight issue sunlight early in morning through blinds. Communicated this on leaving. But not a major problem.

Alison was the very best of hosts. She provided 'continental' breakfast: orange juice, milk jams, croissants, cereals, fruit, coffee (fresh and instant), a variety of teas. Amazing. I slept so well. The location was quiet and peaceful. Everything really was just perfect.

I cannot think of a single thing that would have improved my stay.

Much like other visitors this is a lovely spot and a super quiet location north of Worcester city centre. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels and airbnbs up here for work over the years and this is one of the best. The bed was super comfy and the addition of a mini kitchen made the stay all the easier for brining dinner. The room is large with the living area, and thoughtfully decorated.

It’s May but the weather has been pretty chilly. It was a bit brisk when I arrived but the heating popped on and warmed up well. The other thing to note is the bathroom is accessed outside of your room. I don’t love this but the owner has a lovely fluffy wild thyme robe to use and it felt safe as a female solo traveller. I’d also really appreciate a blackout blind in the bedroom area. For lots of the year that won’t be an issue. I’m a light sleeper so it was an early start with the early sun rise for my stay. (These are really minor things though - do not let this feedback put you off, it’s a lovely lovely stay).
