Forseti Athena Managed by ARM One Hundred

Location good, staff really nice and helpful! The room was spacious and comfortable. Very good for longer stays. Facilities where great! The staff did a really good job with cleaning the room.

The Only thing that wasn’t comfortable was that you hear traffic very well. Even though we had the room far from the road side. TIP for the owner of the property: please keep an eye out for your maintenance. There are some things that weren’t proper maintained. Like the shower, shower head needs replacing. Shower wall has rust. You can tell that the whole room needs a proper deep cleaning(apart from the regular day to day cleaning). Maybe even some paint. The floor is in bad condition. Our stay was very good but if these things don’t improve we probably wouldn’t book again.

Property way clean and tidy, great value for money. We spent our first two nights in Bali here and location was close enough to shops, restaurants and the beach (scooter would be best but we enjoy walking)

Only downside was our room faced the street and traffic noise was substantial. Didn’t really affect our stay however.

Size of the room Comfortable bed and pillows The staff Having a drinking water dispenser in the room Fast wifi

Lack of attention to detail, the room was not cleaned properly before my arrival. The rooms are In need of a refresh. Stained towels. Lack of basic kitchen utensils. Nowhere to sit and relax by the pool as they removed the sun loungers. Nowhere to hang wet swimwear to dry. Noise from the road

Staff at reception were very friendly.

The location right on the busy street is definitely an issue with the noise, especially on the Saturday night. Room was a little ‘run down’ and needed work in places.
