Lack of attention to detail, the room was not cleaned properly before my arrival. The rooms are In need of a refresh. Stained towels. Lack of basic kitchen utensils. Nowhere to sit and relax by the pool as they removed the sun loungers. Nowhere to hang wet swimwear to dry. Noise from the road

Staff at reception were very friendly.

The location right on the busy street is definitely an issue with the noise, especially on the Saturday night. Room was a little ‘run down’ and needed work in places.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and embodied true hospitality. Special thanks shout out to Aldi, Bayu, and Garin, along with the rest of the Forseti Athena team whose names I didn’t catch. You all made me feel genuinely at home. Their warmth and attentiveness deserve a 1000/10 🌟✨️. Kudos to the team and thank you for making us felt at home ❤️ Their location is also spot-on, just off Sunset Road, and pretty close to the 'fun' parts of Seminyak (Jl. Kayu Aya, Jl. Kayu Jati, Jl. Drupadi), yet they are still tucked away enough to escape the traffic chaos. The penthouse itself was spacious, clean, and bright, with a lovely modern-minimalist touch and tasteful wall art. It came fully equipped with microwave, induction cooker, full-size fridge, even wine glasses and a corkscrew (which I really appreciate!). Each bedroom comes with a Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom, which is of great value for me. I also liked how convenient communication was, where everything is handled through WhatsApp; from housekeeping to general requests, and their replies were always quick and helpful.

1. Noise insulation. The rooms facing the street aren’t soundproofed, and the traffic noise was noticeable throughout my stay. I inquired about switching rooms, but unfortunately, all 2-bedroom penthouses faces the same way, so it wouldn’t have made much difference (unless if I switch to different room type). Other room types seem quieter, since they’re located on the inner side of the property. Hopefully, management can address this over time. The staff did their best, but this one is definitely more of a structural issue. 2. Water quality. The water’s quite hard, which can be harsh on skin and hair, especially if you’re sensitive or have eczema. It’s also visible in some bathroom fixtures where mineral buildup can be seen on the tiles, toilet bowls, shower heads and bidet. The view unfortunately can be considered unsightly for some. Regular descaling and investing on an improved filtration system would really elevate the experience. 3. Room listing accuracy. The listing mentioned a bathtub, but there wasn’t one apparently, only the Suite Room includes it.

The property was lovely and is in a good location. The pool is very nice and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff were all amazing and so helpful whenever we needed anything. Garin, Aldi and Erland the security guard were especially helpful.
