O flat é bem localizado, com uma excelente piscina, sala de jogos, cinema e outras comodidades que os hóspedes podem utilizar. Tem uma vista espetacular do terraço, poucos metros da praia de Também e Cabo Branco.
A equipe demora a responder e em alguns momentos nem responde, falta um liquidificador e algumas panelas, para dá mais autonomia aos hóspedes. Também faltam alguns itens, para limpeza básica.

A localização é ótima, já conhecia o prédio, por isso quis me hospedar lá
Faltou atenção a alguns detalhes por parte do Day by Day, na sala falta um blackout, pois clareia muito cedo, além disso a porta do banheiro está quebrada, precisa de conserto senão alguém pode trancar do jeito que está e acabar ficando sem usar o banheiro, e também faltaram alguns panos de limpeza, principalmente por ser um lugar praieiro
