W okolicy jest piekne jezioro nad ktorym mozna wieczorem spedzic milo czas. Spokojna okolica.
Obiekt nie posprzątany. W łazience jak i w pokoju pełno pająków, w nocy dodatkowo po podłodze w łazience chodziły robaki. Materac na łóżku zrobiony z dwóch połówek kanapy. W apartamencie w kontakach włączone urządzenia z silnym zapachem przeciw robakom, zapach aż dusił. Pod prysznicem bardzo krótka zasłonka, po prysznicu woda wylewała się na łazienkę. Konieczność zakręcania zaworu od spłuczki, gdyż woda ciągle z niej kapie i nie pozwala spać. Ręczniki jak i szlafroki, wyglądają jakby były używane od wielu lat, konieczność zakupu nowych. Brak jakiejkolwiek lampki przy łóżku, brak pilota do telewizora.
