Dolphin Watch

The location was great—quick walk to the beach, east-side porch was great to sit on in the evening when it wasn’t raining, plenty of parking space, comfy furniture with plenty of room, lots of hot water, lots of prep space in the kitchen, laundry room with great appliances, and plenty of games and puzzles to fill the rainy afternoons. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools and sharp knives. Ample sized fridge with efficient ice maker. No clogged drains!

From the description we were expecting 3 full bathrooms inside, not just 2. We appreciated the 1/2 bath on the living /kitchen level, but the enclosed outside shower was not convenient with the rainy and stormy days and nights. The home is older, which is great (good bones), but the caulking in the kitchen needs to be addressed and the master bath tub/shower could use a good scrubbing. The broom and dust pan need to be replaced, as well as the bent and rusty floor vents.
