2 Abzüge beim Komfort:
- leider war das Wifi nicht so stabil und manchmal etwas langsam. Wenn man nicht gerade darauf angewiesen ist, geht es aber. Zum längeren Arbeiten aber nicht unbedingt geeignet. Der Gastgeber hat sich aber sehr bemüht, das Problem zu lösen. Tausend Dank
- in den kalten Monaten kann die Küche nicht geheizt werden. Man muss die Schlafzimmer aufheizen und die Türen offen stehen lassen, damit etwas Wärme aus den Schlafzimmern in die Küche strömt.
- leider haben die Nachbarn ab und zu lautstark gestritten (3x für 15min innerhalb einer Woche)
Wir würde trotzdem wieder kommen.

Property was clean throughout.
Bedlinen smelled of chemicals. Shower : hot water was enough for one person only. As in many properties in Sardinia in Winter, it was not warm enough to feel completely comfortable.

Samuele ist super nett, wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Im Dezember hat sich die Wohnung ein wenig kalt angefühlt.
