Квартира чистая, легко доступная. Своя парковка, что очень удобно.
Рядом есть магазин, но он мертвый.
Хорошо хотя бы есть кауфлэнд и можно что-то купить.
Очень шумно. Окна нельзя открыть, рядом очень шумная дорога, ТЭЦ, который гудит.
Квартира находится прямо напротив лифта, и через дверь слышно всех, кто едет.
И еще очень слышно соседей. Особенно шумно течет вода, невозможно спать.
Больше одной ночи очень тяжело оставаться.
Квартира максимум на 2их. На диване сложно спать даже ребенку.

Firstly - I had first contacted the owner via WhatsApp to discuss this review and asked for a call back. Few days later, there was no contact.
Sadly, the overall cleanliness was poor and the flat has serious signs of use and tear. The blanket in the living room was torn and dirty and the sheets provided for the bed didn’t seem hygienic enough. We bought our own sheets, although there was no detergent to wash these with.
