Spokojna lokalizacja z parkingiem pod samymi drzwiami. Lokal praktycznie nowy więc wszystko w stanie idealnym. Klucze w skrytce więc można podjechać kiedy pasuje bez umawiania się. Wyposażenie kuchni pełne. Klimatyzacja zarówno w salonie jak i sypialni to duży plus. Lokalizacja fajna bo cicho a jednocześnie blisko portu (6 min autem) a hulajnogi w okolicy też się znajdzie.
Jedyny spory minus dla nas to brak zasłon / rolet czy czegokolwiek w salonie. W dzień ok ale wieczorem nawet wyjście z łazienki wiąże się z brakiem prywatności (taki układ mieszkania). Okna duże, sąsiedzi wszystko widzą, my wolimy prywatność - popracujcie nad tym ;) Temat nie zrozumiały bo pozostałe okna mają zasłony.
