Super tolle moderne und große Wohnung mit einer Dachterrasse und zusätzlichem Balkon, liebevoll eingerichtet mit viel schönen Details. Die Begrüßung durch Frau Genslein war sehr freundlich. Im Kühlschrank stand Wasser und eine Flasche Sekt, auf dem Esstissch ein Korb mit Äpfeln. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, bei Problemen ist Frau Genslein jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht, ist in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Auch die Handtücher wurden nach 3 Tagen gewechselt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar, der Bäcker gleich an der Ecke, Parkplatz (mit E-Ladesäulen) direkt beim Haus. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und den netten, herzlichen Kontakt, liebe Frau Genslein!

Es war alles prima. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht und sogar noch vieles darüber hinaus. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)
Im Sommer kann sich die Wohnung im obersten Stock schon etwas aufheizen. Ein Klimaanalge im Wohnbereich wäre das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen.
