實惠的價格，優秀的地段，附近有大型商場非常方便，空間充足，可以洗衣煮食

部分設備有些損壞，例如電燈，有些物品感覺使用了很長時間有些老舊，枕頭凹陷讓我有些不習慣

Nice size apartment. We loved the location close to train stations and grocery store. Great Air-conditioning. Good communication with property manager.

We did enjoy staying here but a alot of downsides.. Beds & pillows were not very comfortable, not enough plates, cutlery and cups for the 6 of us. There was only frying pan no pots or rice cooker. Only one cooking element which made it difficult making dinner. Building smelt that it had been in a fire and ash on the stair case. Stayed here for 3 weeks and when requested a late check out as our flight was 9pm, was advised of a $35/hr extra charge, was very disappointed.
