Un logement cossu, fonctionnel et bien équipé, notamment dans le petit électroménager. Une décoration sobre et de bon goût. Rien à dire sur la propreté, c'était nickel.
Des étagères dans les chambres pour poser les vêtements seraient les bienvenues (les portants ne permettent que de les suspendre). Il faisait très chaud dans les chambres (mansardées) ; heureusement, il y avait des ventilateurs efficaces.
