Die gesamte Wohnung war perfekt – wunderschön, modern und hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Kontakt mit dem Büro war hervorragend, freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Klare Empfehlung!

Das einzige Problem war, dass bei der Benutzung der meisten elektrischen Geräte die Sicherung herausgesprungen ist.

The electric bizarrely kept cutting off each morning and late at night. We suspect the air conditioning was triggering it because nothing else was on at the time and we had air con on most of the time because it was quite hot during our stay (around 30⁰C). I can only imagine the issues in peak summer. It was never really fixed. They just told us to not use more than one item at a time (there was a washer, dryer and electric hob in the apartment too). But even though this is a ridiculous request (in peak summer it will be needed to use these items along with air con together) the electric still tripped with only air con on. This required multiple trips per night and in the morning to reset the breaker in the front lobby which was highly inconvenient. It was never really fixed during our stay and they never once sent an electrician. Just texts telling us to switch off all the electrical appliances and troubleshoot ourselves which as paying guests is not good service. There was also ants coming in from the external walls.. Hundreds of them. The skirting around the bottom of the walls and the tile flooring was not sealed so ants had a field day. All in all, not a terrific experience and could have been much less stressful if electric was fixed. Last thing you want after a long day in Venice or on the beach is to keep going down to reset the breaker.

Appartamento nuovo, molto comodo e spazioso, vicino al mare. Comodo il parcheggio. Situato al secondo piano senza ascensore, lo stanno costruendo ora.
