Location, access to amenities, good layout and comfortable accommodation. Everything we needed for a short stay, including comfortable beds, aircon, ceiling fans, tv, kitchen and laundry and single garage. Safe and quiet.
Confusing instructions re wifi wasted time. Would appreciate instructions on how to open the garage and expected a cheat sheet on local eateries, etc as many closed really early. Had difficulty locking the screen door.

Close proximity to beach and shops but located at quiet end of street.
No remote for garage door.

Location
Court yard was very under kept and I would of loved to use the bbq , but wasn’t very clean ,also the crockery was not very sufficient for a unit that sleeps 7 . The dining table looks lovely but don’t put a drink on it ,as it is uneven and will spill. The bed in the main bedroom ( the one with aircon) smelt like stale urine ☹️
