The location, amenities, and value for the price were all great!
When we first arrived and went to set up the foldout couch for my youngest child, the fold out mattress cover was very dirty. It had stains and crumbs all over it. It very obviously had not been washed since the foldout was last used.
The refrigerator did not cool efficiently, and it would not let us adjust the temperature on it. Either we weren't allowed to do so, or the thermostat was not working. It worked well enough to keep our things cool, but not at the normal level for a fridge of that size.
