It was perfect, clean, and we loved having 4 bathrooms. The price was reasonable and we had a great weekend!

I would rather have chemicals in the hot tub vs just draining it with each guest. We couldn't use it until night 2 bc it wasn't warm yet.

VERY NICE AND CLEAN

WE LOVED THE CABIN . IT WAS VERY CLEAN . IT WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. WE HAD PLENTY OF ROOM FOR OUR FAMILY OF 8 AND EVERYONE HAD THEIR PRIVACY. THE DECOR AND BUILD WAS AWESOME AND FELT LIKE A REAL LOG CABIN. IT HAD ALL THE AMENTITIES WE NEEDED. WE WILL DEF RECOMEND THIS CABIN AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO A HOTEL ROOM. WE WOULD STAY AGAIN FOR SURE. IT WAS VERY CLOSE TO DOLLYWOOD AND PIGEON FORGE .

THE LOCATION ONLINE PAINTS A PRETTIER PICTURE OUTSIDE AND IN REALITY IT IS IN A SMALL COOKIE CUTTER NEIGHBORHOOD NEXT TO A VERY POOR HUD LIKE HOUSING AREA WHERE THERE ARE SEVERAL REPLICATED UNITS SIDE BY SIDE IN A LINE DOWN A STREET. THE LOCALS WERE NOT VERY FRIENDLY WHEN WE DROVE IN YELLING AT US ," TO GO BACK HOME " . WHEN WE ARRIVED THE PIN CODE GIVEN TO US BY BOOKING .COM DID NOT WORK FOR THE DOOR AND WHEN I CALLED THE OWNER I DID NOT GET AN ANSWER AT FIRST AND WHEN I CALLED AGAIN HE WAS VERY SHORT WITH ME AND CUT ME OFF BUT I SOON GOT A CALL FROM A MANAGEMENT SERVICE WHO WAS ABLE TO HELP US AND WAS VERY APOLOGETIC. APPARENTLY BOOKING .COM NEVER SENT US THE FINALIZATION EMAIL.

Excellent!!

Everything about our stay was exceptional. It was conveniently located, our family enjoyed having the convenience of a bathroom in every room, my kids enjoyed game room and fire pit, and I had a washer and dryer which I loved. Our interaction with staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend this property.

The area is all new and hopefully they will install a street light .

We can’t say enough wonderful things about the cabin. With the comforts of home. It was located close to all that the area has to offer but so peaceful. We loved the wonderful hospitality we received and can’t wait to book our next getaway!
